Bricks of Knowledge was founded by Becky Imler. Becky has over 20 years of corporate business experience. In those 20 years she has concentrated on Training & Development, IT, Accounting, and Sales and Marketing in industries that include: Residential Development, Property Management, Real Estate Title, Software, Pharmaceutical, Photographic, Financial and Public Utility.

She is a proven corporate team player with project management, organizational and supervisory skills on projects that include: application roll-outs, network & hardware implementations, company & office relocations, and disaster recovery. Her excellent management, teamwork abilities and positive attitude have consistently ensured the highest productivity levels for all projects and teams she has worked with.

With this diverse background and experience she is able to understand the unique needs of your company and industry, and deliver a custom-tailored training package. She understands that in order for a project to be successful, she has to start with your people.

Becky's training and technical background, combined with her personal approach, and ability to understand companies' business processes, have given her the ability to effectively train non-technical end-users on hardware and software applications in a way that they can understand.

Becky received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach with a concentration in Psychology. She is certified as an Instructor/Facilitator, a Designer/Developer, Training Generalist and a Master Trainer by the worlds largest train-the-trainer company, Langevin Learning Services. According to Langevin Learning services, 92 of the Training Magazines top 100 companies come to Langevin Learning Services for the training and development of their employees.

Becky completed her Training and Development Diploma program from Langevin Learning Services in 2006.

Becky has held membership in BIAOC (Building Industry Association of Orange County), ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement). She is currently a member of the eLearning Guild.

Becky is also certified as a Certified Autodesk Buzzsaw Trainer.
